Why practice gratitude?


As the world moves through and gradually recovers from a time of crisis, it feels especially important to create a habit of noticing the things that are going well, the blessings that surround us each day. Gratitude practice helps us feel more in tune with Spirit and helps us maintain a higher vibration and more peace of mind.
