Our Spirit Animal this week is a Teflon Duck! LOL! In this week's Message from Spirit, we are taught an exercise to strengthen and protect our energy starting with the solar plexus chakra. Let life's irritations just bounce off your energy field like water off a duck's back!

Full Moon in Sagittarius Group Distance Healing on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 9 p.m. Eastern time. Don't be surprised if you start to feel the energy flow nearly as soon as you sign up! Spirit doesn't always wait until the session start time to get to work! You will receive 60 minutes of distance energy healing, a sound healing mp3 and after-care through a Healing Report Video the next day.
As of this writing, 2 seats are available in the Fabulous Five Monthly Healing Program. General registration is now open. If you'd like more consistent energetic support through the month of June, this program is for you. Open to only five people at a time, members will receive a personal, recorded intuitive reading by Tuesday, June 6, as well as four 60 minute distance healing sessions on Tuesdays, June 6, 13, 20 and 27. All sessions begin at 9 p.m. Eastern time. Again, the energy often gets to work much earlier in the day. Spirit knows you have an appointment!

I love being able to bask in peaceful energy. That's why I find it so great to receive energy healing at home. I can relax on my couch, lay down in my bed and just "be." It's an introvert's dream!
It can feel harsh to leave an in-person treatment and face the busy world by driving in traffic or taking public transport. When you receive energy healing at a distance, you can process the energy in a more relaxed state, in private. The energy is good for your physical being, but also influences the energy of your home. It's a win-win!
