This Quick Boost is designed for clients the world over who are short on time but would still like to receive distance Reiki energy healing.  I personally enjoy relaxing during Reiki energy healing sessions by lying down so that I can fully experience the energy and how it is working.  However, this is not necessary in order to benefit from the energy that is sent to you. 
 
During the Quick Boost, I will send Reiki healing energy to you for 30 minutes at a mutually agreed upon time.  The healing energy has its' own intelligence and will work to heal on the mental, emotional and physical levels.  With this healing product, you will receive a sound healing MP3 of sounds and mantras for your benefit, as well as any messages that come through during the healing session.   The great thing about the healing mp3 is that it is multi-use and will continue to heal more layers every time you listen to it.  Most recordings are at least 20 minutes long, if not more.
