I was prompted by my Guides to produce a sound healing meditation to bring forth healing, comfort and peace. You will hear the sound of a Tibetan singing bowl, chanting and spoken word as I guide the experience.
 When you listen to the sound healing, I encourage you to lay down and relax. If you are sensitive to energy, you may feel healing energy moving through your body.

You are invited to register for my next group distance energy healing session on Wednesday, January 13 at 12 p.m. Eastern. The healing will occur on the first New Moon of 2021.

During this New Moon in Capricorn, you will be invited to set a healing intention for yourself. The symbol of Capricorn is the goat. The goat's horns will help you smash through obstacles. The goat is well equipped to climb mountains! What obstacles would you like to overcome? The healing energy will support your climb to the top of any "mountain" in your life!
