I was prompted by my Guides to produce a sound healing meditation to bring forth healing, comfort and peace. You will hear the sound of a Tibetan singing bowl, chanting and spoken word as I guide the experience. When you listen to the sound healing, I encourage you to lay down and relax. If you are sensitive to energy, you may feel healing energy moving through your body.
