Vocal toning is an ancient and sacred practice of sustaining vowel sounds—like “AH,” “OH,” or “OM”—to harmonize and activate the chakras. It’s not about singing melodies or lyrics; rather, it’s about creating vibration and resonance through sound and presence.

Each chakra responds to specific frequencies and vowel sounds. When combined with focused breath and intention, these tones help to:

• Release blocked or stagnant energy

• Enhance mental clarity and emotional calm

• Activate the subtle body

• Deepen your connection to Spirit

During your session, I will intuitively tone or chant these sounds for each chakra, often weaving in mantras or phrases as Spirit guides. You are welcome to tone along with me—either with your microphone on or muted—or simply relax and receive the vibration and energy.
