This is an 18 minute sound healing meditation to inspire healing in the heart chakra. The Divine Mother was very present for us in the creation of this meditation. She extends her loving energy as we remember that it is safe for us to trust our inner wisdom and our own inner guidance. It is safe for us to love. That was an interesting distinction that was made within the meditation. It is safe for us to GIVE love.
As you listen to the sound of my speaking and singing voice, you will receive healing energy to help you on every level of your being-- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Lay down and relax as you listen to this meditation. You may choose to chant along with it as well.
