Greetings!
Recently I received an email from a healer I respect. She was selling a program that had to do with releasing physical weight, handling it from a spiritual perspective. In one email, she shared a picture of herself and said, "well, this is embarassing." She literally shamed a version of her past self to promote her program. I felt sad observing this.
Since mid-March, I've been on a mission to release weight. I wanted to feel better in my body. I knew that my relationship to sugar was not healthy. I was irritated with myself. I knew that I needed to change.
I asked for Archangel Raphael to help me, along with my team of Guides. I set this intention: anytime I am receiving Divine healing energy, thank you for healing the part of me that consumes sugar in a disordered way.
Not long after making this prayer, Spirit sent the perfect teachers into my life. I received the information I needed to adjust my eating habits. On Monday, March 15th, I didn't put sugar in my morning coffee and my journey began. As of this writing, I've released 45 lbs. from my body.
As we approach the New Moon in Virgo, this is the perfect time to ponder if we are asked to uplevel some area of our health. If you desire change, love yourself towards it. Ask your Guides to send you the perfect information, the perfect teachers and the resolve needed. Spirit sends us solutions, but it is up to us to take the steps.
When I channeled the sound healing meditation for this New Moon, not only did Spirit send energy and blessings to improve our health, but also to improve our finances. Financial issues often take a physical toll on our body. Listen to the 20 minute meditation attached as many times as you like and receive the blessings within it.

If there is anything in your life you want to change, my best advice is this: Change out of greater love for yourself. Even better: Allow the love of the Divine to guide you to the best action you can take to improve your life now! Love is the answer. Not shame.
