I created this sound healing meditation on Monday, 5/13/2019. The themes that came through were achieving joy, abundance and removing obstacles. I tone, sing mantras and speak in the recording. The healing energy is transmitted through my voice. I recommend laying down and listening, perhaps even through headphones for maximum effect. Enjoy and may it be for your highest and best.
