Warm greetings!
In this week's Message from Spirit, I share how a trigger I experienced pointed the way to the next place calling out to heal. It screamed out to me as I went from just fine to really upset in no time flat. These experiences are often unwelcome! At the same time, it's an invitation. Anything that inspires a dramatic reaction is not only about the situation -- it highlights a wound ready to heal. Not the easiest topic, but I do my best with it here in this week's video.
